As an undergraduate at the University of California, David began environmental work early in his career. While in law school, David began working on environmental, civil rights, class action, wage and hour and discrimination.
David’s practice addresses complex issues for victims of sex abuse and harassment in a variety of settings. His practice has always involved representing individuals in cases that support the people’s rights for equal treatment, just compensation and access to justice in the courts.
David volunteers on the board of two environmental groups, speaks at seminars for legal education, and trains lawyers representing injured children. David will be found on bikes, boats and boards during his off-work hours.
