David Sugerman
David Sugerman is licensed to practice law in state and federal courts in Oregon. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Texas in Austin and his law degree at Lewis and Clark in Portland. Since 1986, David has devoted his entire career to representing injured people, employees and consumers.
David’s practice focuses on complex cases, including class actions for consumers and employees, dangerous product cases, and serious injury cases. He teaches and mentors young lawyers through a program he founded with the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association.
When he’s not working, David unwinds in the kitchen, where he enjoys cooking. David’s other passions include his family, reading, working out, and hearing the surf at the coast. And chocolate. He definitely likes chocolate.
